Description
The goal for this project was to create a package design for cat food that serves a secondary function as a scratching post. Claws Out is a cylinder-shaped package and is wrapped in a fabric called sisal, which is commonly used in the production of scratching posts. The font used in the logo resembles the cat’s irregular, swagger-like movements and gestures, and includes graphical elements representing the claws and tail. Instructions for the package are located on the top of the lid, and the labels attached to the front and back display the logo and inform the reader on the mission statement of the brand.
